The eLearning course must be completed within 62 days from the date of purchase. Once the time has expired, the course lessons can no longer be accessed. Any extensions may be requested but will incur an administration fee.

Course notes are usually created from the PowerPoint presentation pack developed by the presenter. Any other supporting materials such as technical notes or links to similar courses to further enhance your learning goals will be available from the course itself or in the course description section. Completion certificates are available for paid courses and member-specific free courses.
