Western Sydney site visits

The Australian Steel Institute (ASI), in partnership with Inside Industry, invites you to join a comprehensive program of site visits covering the complete steel industry value chain in Western Sydney.

An end-to-end experience of the complete manufacturing process from raw materials through to fabricated precision engineering products - all in one day!

The full day program includes a unique opportunity to visit a steel mill plus additional fabrication workshops.

Event details

Date: Tuesday 28 May 2024 (to be confirmed)

Timing: 

• The tour will run from 9:00am till 4:00pm
• It will include a tour of InfraBuild Sydney steel mill - Rooty Hill
• Additional site locations are still to be confirmed

Venue: Tour commences from and concludes at the West HQ Rooty Hill Carpark P1

Inclusions: The tour cost includes tour guide, minibus hire, supply of all PPE requirements, and a light lunch
