The company employs over 100 skilled workers and has a reserve of skilled sub-contractors at its disposal. They include qualified engineers, boilermakers, first class welders, qualified riggers and dogmen, shop detailers some with 3D modelling experience. Stilcon also has site rigging crews and owns a vast array of mobile cranes, boom lifts, scissor lifts, mobile welders and fixed scaffolding. Stilcon's production area for structural steel is 8000sqm with additional storage space of 5000sqm and monthly production of anywhere up to 1000 tonnes.
