CSF is an Australian owned business which was established in 1979 and employs between 80-100 personnel including boilermakers, fitters, certified welders, blast/painters, riggers, dogmen, crane operators, roofers, draftspersons and administration staff. Fabricating from an 8600m2 workshop situated in the port industrial area of Cairns we have a manufacturing capacity of approximately 80-120 tonnes of large steel a week. CSF also operates a fully computerised drafting office with six full-time draftsmen, using the latest in Tekla Software. Our Blast and Paint area consists of a 6m wide x 4.5m high x 22m long Blast booth and a 1500m2 fully enclosed painting workshop.
