Its facility comprises a 4200sqm workshop with 20 tonne overhead crane capacity. Its staff comprises experienced boilermakers, five apprentices with supervisor, two exclusive quantity control checkers, a workshop foreman and workshop manager to interface between the office project managers and workshop. It implements a full comprehensive quality control system tracking mill certificates of all material used in each project, independent non-destructive testing, staffed by personnel who examine each member for weld correctness, material grade, dimensional and tolerance checks with accompanying paperwork. Within 20 metres of the fabrication workshop is another 4200sqm workshop dedicated to painting.
