ACT Steelworks has joined a growing number of ASI members donating time to promote steel careers to high school students. Under the ASI initiative, members share their knowledge of the industry to students at school-organised career expos.
The expos benefit both the students, who learn about the opportunities offered by a career in steel; and ASI members, who can draw from a potential future pool of local steel apprentices.
