Welcome to Convention 2010 - a dedicated web area devoted to all you’ll need to know in the lead up to this year’s Australian Steel Convention.
This page will be updated as news comes to hand so be sure to check here often for all things Convention 2010 - Innovation: Steel's Competitive Edge. The Convention is the premier national event held annually by the ASI.
This year’s Convention is to be held in Melbourne from Sunday 12 September to Tuesday 14 September 2010.
The Convention will be held at the Crown Conference Complex on Southbank in Melbourne. There will be a host of national awards presented at the Gala Dinner on Monday evening. These awards include the National Steel Awards, the Health and Safety Excellence Awards and the Sustainability Awards.
Apart from admittance to hear high profile speakers, registration includes the convention plenary sessions, entrance to the Meet 'n Greet function and Gala Dinner and includes lunch, morning and afternoon tea.
